What's In The Physique Accelerator Program?

Men and women don't need to train differently. They develop muscle the same way and their bodies respond similarly.

Phase 0: The Learning Phase
No matter your training experience, you will start with Phase 0. We will spend approximately 2 weeks learning, practicing, and perfecting weightlifting technique while getting a base of knowledge and preparing your nutrition program. That way you can demolish the next phases! 

The biggest mistake people make with lifting weights is using improper technique. This can not only give you mediocre results but also cause injuries and expensive medical bills.
You need to learn and understand how to do the proper technique for weightlifting exercises, while also knowing how to manipulate the techniques to your own individual body and to the results that you want.
It is not just enough to watch a short video of the exercise. You need to understand how your body operates, the muscles used, and be walked through how to perform the technique. This will get you better looking and operating muscles, in an even shorter time.
By the end of this phase, you will know exactly how to perform perfect weightlifting technique, the different major muscles that you can train, and how they operate. All without the extra confusing information.
Phase 1: Building A Foundation
Phase 1 is made for complete beginners or people who haven't lifted weights in a while. It is made to give you a foundation of muscle, weightlifting exercises, fitness, and nerve to muscle coordination.

We start at the perfect intensity and slowly increase intensity as your body becomes more and more accustomed to the training. In Phase 1, we concentrate heavily on the main exercises that will provide amazing results. 

Most programs and most people start out either way too intense or not intense enough. They are either overtraining or not training hard enough to get results. Instead, I took the science behind how your body adapts at the beginning of starting a program and created Phase 1 with the perfect intensity and exercises!

The goals is to get you strong and prepared for Phase 2 where intensity really starts to ramp up and amazing changes start to occur! 
Phase 2: Physique Acceleration
Are you ready to make some real changes in your body? To get strong, to build solid muscle in all of the right locations, to progress from beginner to intermediate weightlifter, and to really skyrocket your physique transformation?

Our Nutrition Strategy
Nutrition and weightlifting work synergistically to create muscle. You cannot create muscle without a proper workout program, and you cannot create muscle without proper nutrition. One is worthless without the other.

Yes! Definitely! If you are looking to build muscle and get a nice tight, toned, aesthetically pleasing body, then this accelerator is perfect for you. 

There is a common myth that women need to train different than men. This is completely wrong. You have the same muscles that respond in the same way. However, saying that, I do include a male and a female version of every part of the program (bodyweight program included) based on the most common physique goals of men and women. 

The major difference between the men's program and the women's program is that the women's program includes less upper body mass builders and more glute exercises. How do I know this will work for me?
People often ask me “how do I know this will work for me?” I don’t have the genetics for losing weight or building muscle or whatever. And that could not be further from the truth. Genetics help with how fast you can build muscle or lose fat but they don’t make you inherently fat or skinny and we go over that in the accelerator. You just need to know what to eat and how to workout and you can get almost any body that you want. I have helped people who just wanted to lose a few pounds to people who were trying to be able to bench press 500 pounds. The key thing to know is that your dream physique is your dream physique. I am not here to persuade you one way or another. What I am here to do is to give you the knowledge to be able to take where you are now and get you to where you want to be through the most scientific and fastest way possible. Then, once you get there, you simply have to just maintain that which is super easy and enjoyable. So if you start to get too muscular, you can easily pull back on working out and just maintain where you are. Or once you get to your dream weight you can relax your eating a little and just maintain that. It is all dependent on your body and your goals.
How much time do I need to spend working out?
A common question is how much time do I need to spend a day working out? And the answer is that I don’t know. Anyone who tells you an answer to this question is lying to you. Nobody knows the exact time that it takes. It is all dependent on the time that you have available, what your goals are, your level of experience, and how you decide to workout. I do show you how to maximize your time and exactly what to concentrate on so you can get in and get out with the best results in less time.

On average, people spend about 30-45 minutes per workout lifting and then add in cardio if they want. I show you how to individualize your workout to cut down the amount of time you spend working out, while still getting amazing results!
How long until I see results?
I don’t know. Again, if someone can give you an exact answer to this question they are selling you BS and I refuse to do that. Some people start to notice results within a week or two while others take longer. If you work hard and follow the information presented, you will see results. There is so much science and research to back this information that it is impossible for you to not see results, as long as you put in the time and effort.

The main deciding factor for the results you will get, and how quickly you will see them, is how well you follow the information and program. If you follow it to a T, you will get results. It's almost impossible not to. If you aren't seeing results and you are following everything, simply ask in the private community or on the Live Q&A calls and we will help you out!
Do I need a gym membership? What if I don't have any weights?
A big problem, especially nowadays, is that you might not have access to a gym or access to weights. So will Physique Accelerator still work for you? 

You need to resistance train to build muscle. This does not mean you have to lift weights or have a fancy gym. As long as your body is moving against a resistance, you can build muscle. Lifting weights is the gold standard but it isn’t the only option. You can also do bodyweight exercises, or use resistance bands, or use machines. I even have clients who filled up gallon milk cartons with water and use those as weights! Plus, I even include an at home, no equipment needed, workout just in case your gym is closed right now or in the future, or you don’t have access to weights.
